This hybrid sport originated in the United States and is played with discs that resemble Frisbees, but smaller and heavier.
The aim is to complete a course with as few throws as possible and aim for the baskets!
This discipline is played in a natural environment and does not require any changes in the environment. Trees, bends, etc. make the course more difficult! Bonus: an outdoor sport for everyone, which requires concentration and precision.
